From September 7th to 12th, 2026, a short-term overseas training program will be held at the Indian Institute of Technology Hyderabad (IIT Hyderabad).
This is a joint program between the Japan-India Global Education and Research Center (JIGER) and the Indian Institute of Technology Hyderabad, a partner university of Shimane University.
This program involves participation in university lectures and Project-Based Learning (PBL) sessions on the theme of “Entrepreneurship,” as well as discussions with local students and faculty.Furthermore, participants will deepen their learning through visits to local schools, exchanges with local students, and visits to Japanese companies developing new businesses in India.
India is known as a multilingual society, and university faculty and students come from diverse linguistic backgrounds. English is used as a common language in this environment.
Through this program, participants will actively interact with local students and faculty while using English as a practical means of communication.
